•  COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES – Capacity building activities through workshops, training sessions, information sessions, seminars, conferences, focus group discussions, forum on issues of common concern to the community.

•  ACCESS AND EQUITY – to information and services available through various service providers at the federal, state and local government levels;

•  VOLUNTEERING - to stimulate individuals towards addressing and providing assistance to those in need;

•  SERVICES DEVLOPMENT - with the assistance of relevant service agencies and providers on issues of common concern to the community;

•  NETWORKING – with all relevant agencies to develop and improve the quality of services to the community and to enhance the quality and content of the community's involvement with such agencies;

•  PARTNERSHIPS – active participation with concerned Advisory and Consultative Committees and Panels to assist in the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services to the community.

•  TRAINING PROGRAMS– active participation in organization of training programs.
